2014—student advising
Funded by the National Science Foundation and affiliated with CyberCorps, Scholarship for Service supports students in completing their education in exchange for an equivalent period of service with government or government-affiliated cybersecurity organizations.
Since joining UNO in 2014, I have served as co-PI, advising and supporting students throughout their progression in the program. UNO graduates have gone on to successful careers in public service.
The work spans multiple NSF award cycles and continues through student advising, placement support, and new program-development efforts.
